The purpose of this proposal is to obtain the services of a general contracting firm or business, licensed in the State of California, to perform construction on a commercial building for the Buena Vista Rancheria of Me-Wuk Indians and its related enterprises in accordance with Tribal building codes. This RFP is for the construction of a 10,000 square foot government building located in Amador County, California.

• Architectural and Engineering (pre-fab metal bldg.)
• Excavation and infrastructure (cleared and paved area)
• Structural (metal building – 10,000 square feet total – in 2 structures)
• All internal systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Security, ADA)
• Interior finish out
  • 1 locker room each w/shower for men/woman and toilets
  • 1 restroom each for men/woman
  • Kitchen/break room
  • 1 Distance learning room/office for up to 6 individuals
  • 1 large conference space
  • 1 small conference space
  • Reception station w/small waiting space
  • Outside multi-purpose area (meeting and eating space)
  • Secure access from reception
  • 25 office spaces
  • 1 Mechanical room
  • 1 IT/Telecom room
  • 1 Copy/supply room
  • 1 Custodial closet
  • Signage on building
  • Outside wrought iron fencing for rear grounds
  • Outside finishing
    • Insulated panel for 3 sides for each structure
    • Stone siding on Front and 3 sides 4ft high to match near by structures façade
    • Rear siding metal
